Revive!'s "Dynamic Duo" do the Double!
Jai and Reena Patel, owners of Revive! Gloucester & Bristol Central won the Highly Commended award in the Dynamic Duo category at the 2025 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards last night (7 November). On the same evening other members of their team celebrated the business achieving Highly Commended in the Micro Business of the Year category at the 2025 Gloucestershire Business Awards!
The 2025 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards were held at the Telford International Centre following the association’s annual conference to recognise the UK’s top franchises. There Jai and Reena faced stiff opposition from five other shortlisted franchisees. Meanwhile at Cheltenham Town Hall, leading Gloucestershire business gathered to hear the results of the 2025 Gloucestershire Business Awards.
The Dynamic Duo category in the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards is designed to showcase the benefits of complementary leaders in business working together to achieve great results. The Patels have been working alongside each other since launching their thriving Revive! business four years ago and are ‘ecstatic’ to win this prestigious award. Said Jai: “ It’s great that the judges have seen us as a successful partnership, not just as a company. Everyone always talks about how well we work together but this award is recognition of that.
“ Whilst the Dynamic Duo award focused on my wife and I, we could never have achieved such success without the support and hard work of our brilliant team here Revive! Gloucestershire and Bristol Central so it’s extra special that some of them were able to represent us at the Gloucester awards and share in the joy .”
Congratulating the Patels on their achievements, Revive! franchise director Cathryn Hayes said: “Right from the recruitment stage we’ve been impressed by the ambition and drive of Jai and Reena. Jai and Reena are no strangers to winning awards. After just one year of trading, their business won Consumer Service Startup of the Year for the South West region in the 2023 national Startup Awards. The Patels were named ‘Best Newcomers’ at the 2023 Revive! annual conference, followed by being awarded the Bronze Award in the best franchisee category at the 2024 conference and Silver this year.
Revive!‘s franchising excellence is recognised most years at the HSBC BFA Franchising Awards. Last year Revive! East Anglia won the Trailblazers category in the Franchisee of the Year Awards and in 2023 Revive! won the Leadership and Culture category in the Franchise of the Year Awards. The franchise won the overall Gold Award in 2022
