Richmond and Chiswick personal stylist franchisee wins a Great British Franchisee Award
Sandy Lancaster, who has run her own personal stylist business with House of Colour since 2020, has been recognised in the 2025 whichfranchise Great British Franchisee Awards.
The awards, now in their 5th year, celebrate business success and reflect the winners’ achievements in stability, growth, staff retention, customer satisfaction, community involvement, inspired leadership and their involvement in the franchise network.
The judges praised Sandy for embodying what it means to be a franchisee in every sense: she embraces the brand, drives commercial success, supports her peers, and always makes time to give back.
What truly sets Sandy apart is her ability to lead above and beyond her own business goals. She consistently shows up, not only for her clients, but for the entire network, the wider franchising industry, and the many women she mentors, inspires, and uplifts.
Sandy is not only one of the most commercially successful franchisees in the House of Colour network, on track to be the first UK stylist to exceed £100,000 in revenue, but is also one of the most generous, values-led, and community-minded individuals.
