Puddle Ducks' annual conference a great success
Puddle Ducks’ highly anticipated annual conference once again proved to be a resounding success amongst their franchise network.
Bringing together over 33 franchisees from across the country, the conference was an opportunity for connection, celebration and collaboration.
Held at Cranage Hall in Cheshire, the conference saw franchisees share best practice and stay informed on the latest updates, innovations and Puddle Ducks’ forward-thinking vision.
From engaging sessions to hands-on workshops, the network was immersed in a programme designed to strengthen performance and inspire ongoing success.
The conference also served as a platform to celebrate achievements from the past year. A highlight being the awards ceremony, where outstanding performances were recognised across multiple categories such as the maintaining of strong finances, having a focus on growth and the ability to lead a strong team.
Long-serving franchisees were also honoured for reaching key business milestones such as 5, 10 and 15-year anniversaries.
Puddle Ducks also crowned their ‘Franchisee of the Year’ Ellie Cawdell, who picked up the accolade for a second time. It’s Ellie’s commitment to achieving in all areas of her business and supporting the wider network that earnt her the title once again.
New franchisees were warmly welcomed into the community, receiving introductions and support as they prepare to launch and grow their businesses under the award-winning Puddle Ducks brand.
Of course, it wasn’t all business - there was time for some light-hearted team building as well. A lively burger-making challenge had everyone showing off their culinary creativity.
As the event wrapped up, the mood was one of renewed energy and optimism. With clear goals, a supportive network, and a shared commitment to excellence, this year’s Annual Conference set the stage for even greater success in the year ahead.
Jo Stone, Managing Director and Co-founder of Puddle Ducks commented: “We’re proud to see such passion and commitment across our network. This conference not only reinforces our shared values and goals, but it also reminds us of the power of coming together as a team.”
Puddle Ducks has an ambitious growth strategy, currently teaching over 25,000 babies and children each week to swim, be safe and develop water confidence right across the country via a network of dedicated franchisees. Everyone who works with or for Puddle Ducks has an ambition for growth and a commitment to become experts in every aspect of their business.
