Droitwich Spa is Latest Opening for Papa John's Multi-Unit Franchisee
Droitwich Spa is the latest store opening for Papa John’s multi-unit franchisee Atif Maroof Zar. A love of great pizza has united Atif with his brothers Umair Ramay and Amir Maroof who together now run ten Papa John’s including Evesham, Stratford Upon Avon, Redditch, Bromsgrove and now Droitwich Spa, employing over 100 team members.
Atif Maroof Zar who previously worked at two rival pizza firms and also managed a Papa John’s, before he became a franchisee in 2017 explains: “Droitwich Spar is a beautiful town with lots of potential. We have received a warm welcome from the local community, hungry to try our superb quality Papa John’s pizza made with only the freshest, finest ingredients. There are many families living nearby and they can now enjoy the treat of their favorite Papa John’s pizza to share for a special occasion, or simply a great meal delivered right to their door.
“In addition to the Droitwich Spa store, we are planning a further ‘West Midlands’ opening very soon. Building a cluster of stores adds efficiencies and is helpful for recruitment. We are always looking to add more talented team members!
“Our people are the secret of our success, and we have an excellent team around us. Umair, Amir and I, are ‘hands-on’ managers, and we are always available to help the store teams so they can do their jobs better. We all work hard and have fun!
