After the successful launch of their franchise model in 2021, Bridgewater Home Care are celebrating the launch of their first independently owned office in their franchise network.

Bridgewater Home Care, a high quality provider of non-medical care and support for vulnerable adults in the local community, are delighted to introduce their brand new office opening in Halton, covering the Runcorn, Widnes and Frodsham areas.

Bridgewater Home Care are excited to welcome new franchise partners to the Bridgewater family, and are expanding across the North West to offer their high-quality, relationship-focussed care and support to more vulnerable adults in local communities.

Franchise partners, Vindya and Shehan, will be operating the Halton office, close to their home town of Runcorn, which will offer more care and support to families across the area with everything from companionship and home help, to specialist care and live-in care.

Delighted to become part of the Bridgewater family, Vindya and Shehan commented:

“When we came across the Bridgewater Home Care Franchise opportunity, we were immediately attracted to their ‘family more than a company’ ethos. As we came to know the Bridgewater team, we developed a good understanding of their goals and passion for the business and how the brand is different to others in the industry.

“Having gone through the most difficult times of our lives when recently losing loved ones, we have made it our life goal to help other families who are going through similar situations with care, and to make their lives a little bit easier.”

The business will create over 50 new jobs in the Halton area, employing a management team from their office in Preston Brook and Care Specialists to provide support in clients’ homes in the local community.

They continued:

“We are looking forward to creating around 50 jobs in the area in order to meet the rapidly increasing demand.

“As a multi award-winning brand, we are keen to provide relationship focused care built on quality, reliability and trust. Our care specialists will encourage, assist and stimulate our clients in a variety of daily activities to help improve their quality of life and help them maintain their independence.”

Vindya and Shehan attended the intensive training programme for new franchisees at the Bridgewater Home Care national office, stating that the week entailed “well-structured training, intense research, tested and proven business model.”

Bridgewater Home Care Halton will provide essential services to those requiring extra support at home, helping to improve quality of life and maintain independence.

We wish Vindya and Shehan every success in their new venture!
