Belvoir Lettings, one of the UK’s largest specialist residential lettings agencies, has strengthened its Central Office team with the appointment of two additional staff members.

 

Experienced lettings professional Grace Alexander has joined the Belvoir franchise support team as a business development mentor, advising new and existing franchise owners on how to maximise the potential of their Belvoir office.

 

“Grace is extremely experienced and her enthusiasm and attention to detail will be a great asset to the team,” says Belvoir MD, Dorian Gonsalves.

 

Grace, who has a degree in law and has worked in the property industry for several years, is already enjoying her new role.

 

“This position really combines everything that I enjoy,” says Grace. “I enjoy analyzing and working how out to improve things, travelling and dealing with people so working with Belvoir franchise owners around the country is a perfect job for me.”

 

Belvoir has also welcomed back Emma Greenfield (formerly Dakiniewicz), as the company’s new premises manager.

 

Emma originally joined Belvoir in 2005 but left to go on maternity leave. “I am delighted to return to Belvoir and looking forward to opening our first new shop as well as rolling out a new and improved brand spec,” says Emma.

 

“I want Belvoir to be the most prominent agent on the High Street and for every agent to aspire to be as good as us.”
