The UK’s largest letting agency Martin & Co has just opened the doors of it latest office in Caversham, Reading. Situated at Bridge street, the award-winning agency will offer a dedicated letting service for landlords and tenants in the Reading area, and is set to take property lettings in to the next level, according to local Martin & Co franchise owner, Mike Shelton.

So what are Mike’s priorities when running the business? “I have been a landlord myself for over 5 years and been provided with both good and bad service from letting agents. I strongly believe that in a market that is set to continue to grow there is lots of room to provide an improved and more personal service to both landlords and tenants. Customer service, consistency and honesty are my three main priorities, as the owner I will be able to treat my customers the way I would like to be treated as a landlord”.
