No Letting Go Named Finalist in the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards
No Letting Go has been named a finalist in the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards, recognising the strength of our marketing strategy and the innovation behind our franchise support model.
As the UK's leading provider of professional property inventory management services, No Letting Go has spent almost two decades helping landlords, letting agents and property professionals protect their investments through accurate, independent property reporting. Today, our nationwide franchise network delivers these services across more than 80 territories throughout the UK.
The award nomination recognises a marketing strategy that has transformed the way we support franchisees. By combining national client acquisition with local service delivery, strategic partnerships, digital integrations and targeted campaigns, we've created a model that delivers qualified work directly into our network while strengthening the No Letting Go brand nationally.
One franchisee who has experienced the impact of this approach is Joanne Wilsden, who launched her Mid Suffolk franchise in 2019. After initially building her business through local networking and marketing, she embraced Head Office-led client acquisition to accelerate growth.
By 2025, 46% of Joanne's revenue came directly from Head Office-generated work, helping to almost double the size of her business.
