New support measure delivers overwhelming value for CareYourWay network

A new support tool for CareYourWay franchise partners has been successfully launched, designed to help them scale their businesses and achieve their ambition of building multi-million-pound territories.

A different kind of support.

CareYourWay’s Head Office team regularly visits franchise partners throughout the year, maintaining close, hands-on support across the network. Building on this, the business has recently introduced dedicated in-person Business Reviews at Head Office as an additional layer of support.

These sessions are designed to take partners out of the day-to-day pressures of running their business, giving them the space to step back and think more strategically. With focused time alongside the Head Office team, partners can review performance, challenge assumptions, and plan their next phase of growth with greater clarity.

This addition reinforces CareYourWay’s commitment to practical, results-driven support, ensuring franchisees have both ongoing field engagement and structured time for deeper strategic development.

Each Business Review is structured to go beyond surface-level discussions, offering a comprehensive and collaborative analysis of every partner’s business.

Working closely with the leadership team, partners explore key areas including financial performance, marketing strategy, recruitment, and wider operational priorities. These in-depth conversations are designed to challenge thinking, uncover opportunities, and ensure that every aspect of the business is aligned for success.

By creating the space for open, honest dialogue, the sessions enable partners to gain clarity on where they are — and where they want to go next.

The day has given me new ideas to go back to the office with and things that need to be improved. Being in person and able to go things thoroughly has made such a difference.

I feel like a fresh person. The whole atmospphere and being able to be open and honest, gaining feedback from Head Office on how they think it's going and where we need to go next has been massive; knowing how we need to reach our targets.
