Family is central to Kohil’s values and motivation. A natural people person, he believes that empathy, genuine care, and meaningful connection are essential to making a positive difference. These beliefs ultimately led him to CareYourWay.

Deepa brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior healthcare professional, having worked across community, primary care, and hospital settings. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with complex health needs, long-term conditions, frailty, and end-of-life care, always placing dignity, compassion, and person-centred practice at the heart of everything she does.

CareYourWay’s philosophy, professionalism, and strong family ethos closely align with Deepa’s own values. Following the completion of her MBA, launching CareYourWay Harrow felt like a natural next step — combining her clinical leadership with business ownership. Over many years, she has designed services, trained care teams, and worked closely with families and professionals to ensure people receive the right care, in the right way, in their own homes.
