Jones the Grocer Accelerates Global Expansion With Seven New Openings Across the Middle East & India

Jones the Grocer, the international restaurant, gourmet grocery, and all-day dining concept, continues its rapid global expansion with a series of strategic openings across key markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and India. Strengthening its position as a high-growth franchising brand, the company is rolling out its full portfolio of store formats: flagship, medium, express, kiosk and social, under its scalable, multi-concept retail strategy. 

The brand has officially opened its first mall location in the Emirate of Sharjah. The new City Centre Al Zahia, which opened on 19th November 2025, marks a significant milestone, bringing Jones the Grocer’s award-winning gourmet food experience to a new audience within one of the region’s most dynamic retail destinations. 

Further extending its international footprint, two Jones the Grocer stores at Riyadh International Airport will open on 26th November 2025, offering both dine-in and grab-and-go formats designed for the modern traveller. This will be followed in mid-December by the launch of Jones the Grocer at Mumbai International Airport, introducing the brand’s artisan food offering to India’s busiest travel hub. 

In the UAE, expansion continues at pace. The brand will open its Express format at Business Avenue Tower, Abu Dhabi, on 6th January 2026, bringing its signature express menu, gourmet retail, and artisan coffee to a growing corporate and residential community. Additionally, DGE Abu Dhabi, a destination located within a government complex and designed exclusively for employees, is scheduled to open in Q1 2026. 

Further strengthening its regional presence, Jones the Grocer has expanded its footprint in Qatar with a new store at Palm Tower, Doha, now open. This location reinforces the brand’s position within premium urban and hospitality-driven developments. 

These openings underscore the brand’s robust development pipeline and growing investor interest. With modular store formats, operationally efficient models, and diverse revenue streams including: dine-in, cheese & charcuterie, retail, takeaway, delivery, and catering, Jones the Grocer offers franchise partners a flexible and commercially proven platform suited to airports, malls, business towers, and community destinations.
