UK Business Mentoring are delighted to welcome a new franchisee, Russell Fennell to the team. Russell is an accomplished and entrepreneurial property and business professional with over 30 years’ experience spanning construction, property development, agency, healthcare and retail.

He brings extensive expertise in project management and a proven ability to transform start-up and early-stage ventures into stable, scalable businesses before guiding them through structured and successful exit strategies.

Having founded and led multiple SMEs across diverse sectors, Russell combines strategic vision with hands-on commercial acumen. Through UKBM, he is now focused on sharing his experience and insight to help business owners achieve, sustainable growth, operational excellence, increased profitability and fulfil their own goals.

Russell is based in Bawtry near Doncaster and characterises himself as a typical Yorkshireman!
