First Franchise of 2023 awarded 5 Star Satisfaction
Property claims management franchise, Aspray Limited, are the first franchisor of 2023 to be awarded the prestigious 5-star franchisee satisfaction award.
During an anonymous survey conducted by WorkBuzz, currently trading franchisees were asked to rate the Aspray franchise in five key areas: training and support, the franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, and general satisfaction. To achieve the 5-star recognition, a franchisor must score above the industry average in all categories.
Aspray are proud to have achieved such amazing results, especially in the leadership category where they scored an unbelievable 16% above the industry average.
Aspray franchisees act as loss assessors, manging property damage insurance claims on behalf of policyholders across the UK. As a franchisor, satisfaction of franchisees has an enormous impact on productivity, customer satisfaction and growth. It is a tremendous honour to receive such an award, especially when recognition comes directly from those currently active within the network.
