The award-winning estate agency Propertynest headquartered in Leeds, has promoted Hedley Conway to branch manager.  Hedley who joined Propertynest as an agent in November 2021, will now be responsible for overseeing the whole East Leeds branch including both sales and lettings.  Hedley takes the reins from Vicki Anthony to ensure a proportion of her time is now free to support new franchisees as the Propertynest franchise expands across the UK.

Hedley Conway, Branch Manager, Propertynest, who is soon to be married to partner of ten years, Amy, explains: “2023 is set to be quite a year!  Our team will be working hard to push the boundaries with the aim of further expansion and success in the local area. Plus, I’m getting married, which I’m nervous and excited about at the same time. I’m really looking forward to what is shaping up to be a fantastic year all round!”

Hedley Conway previously worked for a corporate estate agent in Pontefract for seven years before joining Propertynest.  “Now working in an owner-managed business means there is more flexibility to offer a far more personalised service to clients.  Everyone in the team has great pride in what they do, and this comes from the top.  It’s a culture where relationships really matter, and we all have our clients’ best interests at heart.  I’m proud to be helping people through various life changing events by creating a smoother customer journey, whether they are buying, selling, letting, or renting,” adds Conway.

Vincent Anthony, Founder and Managing Director of Propertynest confirms: “Hedley’s commitment to our customers, and to the East Leeds branch is notable, and we look forward to supporting him and his continued efforts to further expand our brand presence in the East Leeds area.”

For the right ambitious, hard-working candidates, Propertynest now offers a low risk, high reward, efficient franchise opportunity with the chance to earn a high income. For example, Propertynest’s Elmbridge agent invoiced £54,575 net commissions in August 2022 alone!
Franchisees initially work from home with all the systems, training and support needed to set up their own successful sales and/or lettings agency.  Included in the operation fee is access to the major property portals, including Rightmove, so that agents can list the properties they market for their clients, saving thousands of pounds in advertising costs compared with setting up alone. Agents also benefit from being part of an owner-led and managed national brand invested in the success of its franchisees.
