The Oven Wizards Annual Conference is back
Oven Wizards got together earlier this Summer for their Annual Conference in Stratford-upon-Avon. It was great to be back meeting face to face. The Conference together with the Regional Meetings are a great Opportunity for Wizards to get together face to face to build relationships, share best practice and enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. The day included the business meeting in the afternoon and a social event with excellent entertainment in the evening.
The feedback has been brilliant –
Harvey Rainbow, who owns and operates the Milton Keynes Territory said “It was really great to meet fellow Wizards and putting faces to names. I had a blast. Thank you to John and Mark for organising and to everyone for the atmosphere”.
Russell Borland from Oven Wizards Lanarkshire said “Thank you for your hospitality and hosting an excellent conference which was most informative and enjoyable. It was good to be able to exchange ideas and get a picture of how other franchisees are operating their businesses nationally”.
Subjects covered on the day included Operations, Sales and Service and our guest speaker was Rachel Barham from the Federation of Small Business.
Bryan Dean who has owned and operated Oven Wizards, South West Coventry for nearly 10 years said “As always I get plenty of ideas and support from the group and both John and Mark. Thanks to everybody for all the effort you put in to make the conference and our franchises so successful.
Mark Abbott, Managing Director of Oven Wizards said “It was great to see all our Wizards getting together again face to face, it’s really good to hear how well they are all doing in their chosen Territories. It has been a tough few years, so we have been really pleased to see how well our Franchisees have prospered, long may it continue.”
He went on to say, “We had Wizards coming together from all over the UK. Whilst we are now getting good National coverage, we still have Territories available for the right sort of people”.
