Island Poké is launching a brand-new breakfast menu this week.

The breakfast menu will be available at Island Poké Shoreditch and Battersea before rolling out at its further Islands across the capital.

Within the new menu, the UK’s leading poké operator is launching a range of breakfast pots along with a variety of coffee and tea options, bringing its Fresh Pacific Flavours to the morning meal.

The breakfast range features a variety of scrambled egg combinations such as Pineapple Baked Beans, Salmon and Wakame Cream Cheese, Turkey and Spring Onion and Teriyaki Mushroom, and cold pots of Apricot and Coconut Overnight Oats, Summer Fruits and Blueberry Bircher and Acai Smoothie bowls, all under £5. The new menu will also feature Change Please Coffee whose entire profits go towards ending homelessness.

Island Poké founder James Gould-Porter said: “We are very excited to be launching a brand new breakfast menu at our Shoreditch and Battersea Islands.

“At Island Poké, we are committed to creating products that excite our customers and bring our brand to the next level.

“Creating a new breakfast menu that incorporates our Fresh Pacific Flavours felt like a logical step in expanding our offering. We want to provide consumers with a healthy and tasty alternative to the typical morning ‘grab-and-go’ options and all while contributing to worthwhile causes.”

Island Poké uses sustainable and high-quality ingredients that deliver on both flavour and feel-good factor.

Poké (Po-Keh) is the Hawaiian for “slice or cut” and is traditionally chunks of raw, marinated fish tossed over rice and topped with vegetables and sauces.

At Island Poké, everything is made fresh to order, and with over a million poké combinations to choose from, including Classic Ahi Tuna, Yuzu Lomi Lomi salmon, and vegetarian, vegan, chicken and beef options, you can create your own dream and bespoke poké bowl.

Following the success of its restaurants in London and France, Island Poké gets set to embark on its biggest growth ambition yet, with plans to open 100 locations across the UK in the next five years including plans for four new restaurants in Edinburgh.

The brand currently has 18 Islands in London and nine in France.

Island Poké is part of the Hero Brands group, which also includes German Doner Kebab, Choppaluna, Sides and XIX Vodka within its growing portfolio.

Island Poké is also part of White Rabbit Projects group, a hospitality development platform that partners with early-stage restaurants and entrepreneurs to support and accelerate growth. Others in its portfolio include Lina Stores and Kricket.

In its restaurants, Island Poké uses sustainable, Oceanic fabric seating. Oceanic is born of the SEAQUAL Initiative, designed to combat marine plastic pollution and achieve a waste-free environment. This fabric is a recycled polyester with a purpose and Island Poké is proud to support the mission to clean up both the earth and its oceans.
