Belvoir launches new TV advertising campaign!

Viewers of ITV Hub programmes, which is ITV’s on demand service, are likely to see a brand new Belvoir advert on their screens until the end of February.

The ad, which features Belvoir’s new strapline of ‘Property is Personal’ will be shown 400,000 times from its launch date in January until the campaign finishes at the end of February, and is expected to receive 700,000 views. 

This is a new and very exciting initiative for Belvoir, and aims to raise brand awareness and help to further establish the company as a leading property name on the High Street. 

Political uncertainty and lack of clarity over Brexit are causing considerable anxiety about the housing market for many people, making the timing of the advert extremely pertinent. It encourages people to visit the Belvoir website and contact their local agent to obtain much-needed personalised and professional advice about any decisions regarding renting or selling properties. 

The advert will be shown in all regions that ITV cover, and Belvoir has also arranged for it to be shown on STV so that Belvoir Scotland offices can benefit from the campaign. The STV advert launched on 21st January.

Belvoir is hoping for a positive response to the campaign, and the marketing team will be looking at doing more on demand TV advertising in the future.
