CNA franchise awarded Full Membership of bfa

CNA Executive Search is delighted to announce that it has been accepted for Full Membership of the British Franchise Association (bfa).

The bfa is the self-regulating body for the franchise sector in the UK. Franchisor members have to meet the standards set by the Association in order to establish that their franchise represents a fair and ethical opportunity. Full member applicants must also demonstrate a proven trading and franchising track record.

Since 1995, CNA Executive Search has specialised in finding top-performing individuals for their clients throughout the UK and Europe. Its pure search techniques and exclusive methodologies enable franchise owners to source top-flight candidates in a fraction of the time taken using conventional recruiting methods.

CNA's director Paula Reed (pictured) said, "As we're committed to the concept of franchising, we felt it was appropriate to apply for full membership to this prestigious and independent association.

"We are an established organisation and exceptionally proud to have met the bfa's stringent criteria for membership."
