CNA franchise introduces Wilde Pure Search

The sister company of franchise network CNA Executive Search is to become Wilde Pure Search. Using the same pure search methodology as executive search, Wilde Pure Search operates in the high-volume recruitment market recruiting high-calibre candidates into lower and middle management positions.

As part of an international network, CNA Executive Search has been able to call upon the services of other CNA companies such as interim management and management consultancy. Now, with the introduction of Wilde Pure Search, franchisees will be able to cater to their clients' multi-placement needs without compromising their executive search status.

Speaking at the Group's awards luncheon, managing director Ian Peters explained the choice of name: "We asked a marketing consultancy to come up with a name and they suggested Wilde Pure Search as a tribute to our founder and CEO Albert Wilde.

"We believe our CNA franchisees will benefit from having a presence in the lower and middle management range and any business referred to their Wilde Pure Search colleagues will earn them substantial introduction fees and help to build key accounts that provide repeat business."

Albert Wilde formed CNA International in 1993, adding executive search to the company's portfolio in 1995. CNA International now has thirty executive search offices in the UK and Europe, while Wilde Pure Search is on target to open a further four offices over the next two years.
