Graduate Programme Produces Top- Flight Consultants

A graduate training programme that gives young people the opportunity to work in executive search, management consultancy, corporate finance and interim management has so far attracted ten graduates (pictured), a number likely to double in number in 2006.

Recruitment and consultancy group CNA International set up the programme six months ago to nurture talented consultants and managers to progress group expansion in the UK and Europe.

Managing director Ian Peters believes the two-year programme appeals to graduates because of its diversity. Speaking at Loughborough University he said: "Graduates get the opportunity to work in various CNA companies, gaining valuable experience that will help them determine the career opportunity that best suits their personal attributes and aspirations."

"Our rigorous, hands-on approach produces high-calibre consultants and managers with an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of our business. In time, these young people will become an integral part of our management team, working with us to strengthen our position in the global market."
