THE LITTLE GYM KENSINGTON GEARS UP FOR BIG OPENING

The Little Gym Kensington is gearing up for its big opening on Monday 3 November. Situated in the heart of West London, within the new, prestige Westfield London retail destination, The Little Gym offers a unique motor skills and curriculum-based gymnastics programme for children of all abilities, from 4 months to 12 years.

The sixth franchise to open within the UK, The Little Gym was originally launched in the US in 1976 and is specifically designed to boost self-esteem while building physical, social and intellectual skills. Weekly themed classes enable children to grow skills at their own pace and gain confidence in a lively, fun environment. Activities promote co-ordination, balance, rhythm and flexibility, as well as listening and social skills, giving youngsters vital skills for life.

All sessions are held at The Little Gym’s purpose-built centre, where small groups gain confidence in a non-competitive environment, with close guidance from experienced instructors. Classes run throughout the week, all year round, during term-time and holidays. Sessions for under 3’s, accompanied by their parents/carers, are for 45 minutes. Pre-school and primary classes are for one hour, during which parents can spectate from a viewing gallery and receive a class review at the end of each session.
