If you are not professionally qualified, you can refer all services to our central team. If you are qualified, you can deliver services directly and retain a higher margin.

Franchisee must promote and be able to facilitate all core services, whether by delivering directly or via central office coordination. You are encouraged to cultivate local partnerships and develop local referral networks with e.g. estate agents, builders, and solicitors to broaden your offer and strengthen your local reputation.
