getYards provide ready-to-move-into commercial storage yards. We help small to medium sized businesses rent storage yards quickly and easily; a customer can reserve, pay and move into a getYards yard in under 60 seconds with a legally binding contact. This is revolutionary and has never been done before!

As standard, our yards benefit from 24/7 security, electric gates, pin code access, individual electric/water points, and options of supplying containers, offices or cctv into individual yards.

With no solicitor fees and no land registry fees, we pride ourselves in making the move in process fuss free. Businesses simply choose the yard size that suits their business needs and move in the same day.

We currently have yards in Farnborough and Woking and are now ready to expand across the UK.

How it works

  • Customers choose how much yard space they need.
  • They can reserve their yard in 60 seconds. No paperwork needed, everything is stored in your online account.
  • They can add optional extras – containers, container offices, toilets, locks and insurance.
  • They can access their yard via their mobile the same day. Once purchased, customers will gain access to the facility immediately via a unique code on their mobile. They can come and go as they wish.

The getYards franchise opportunity

With our franchise model, customer acquisition per site happens once every 2 years due to our minimum contract term. So you’re not stuck in the weeds trying to make things work. You sell out, and collect the paycheck. 

The process is initially as follows:

  • Find list of potential sites in your chosen area for our team to review
  • Our founder will then shortlist a few to offer on.
  • If the offer is acceptable, our founder will view the sites with you to sign off.
  • We will help negotiate the best terms.
  • You close the deal for the sites with our blueprint
  • We assist during the legal process.
  • We start marketing for you while the site is in legals
  • You shortlist the qualified leads we deliver to you to view the yard with you
