Training and support
We know that purchasing a new franchise can seem like a daunting prospect, which is why our Business Development Managers are on hand to help you every step of the way.
Franchising with SureCare allows you to manage the operations of care workers in your area to ensure your customers receive the best possible service.
We don’t just leave you to get on with it though; we’ll always be available to help you out with business advice, training for new management staff, recruiting the right care workers and raising your business’ profile through various marketing methods.
When starting up a new SureCare franchise, you’ll receive a tailored support package that’s both comprehensive and unique to you. This includes a 5-day induction course at our Head Offices in Chester, alongside service literature, uniforms and branded stationery like letterheads and business cards.
All SureCare franchises will receive their own multi-page website from surecare.co.uk and a year’s directory listing on homecare.co.uk, plus regular visits from your Business Development Manager with access to our Bid Writing service to assist you in securing potential care contracts with local authorities.
The SureCare investment
An investment of between £70,000 – £95,000 is required; this includes working capital and franchise fee. Working Capital covers the operating cost prior to breakeven.
We have excellent relationships with many leading high street banks – including Lloyds and HSBC – who would be prepared to lend up to 70% of the required investment to new SureCare franchisees.
You don’t necessarily need a professional background in the care industry to become a SureCare franchisee.
