surecare franchise

Join our nationwide network of franchisees delivering quality home care and support services across the UK.

SureCare provides professional, personal home care and companionship for people from all walks of life wishing to continue living in their own homes. SureCare has been providing care, companionship and support to people across the UK since 1994.

Our services include full-time live-in care, respite care, sleepovers, household management, personal care and companionship. Service packages are tailored to individual clients’ needs and can be adapted as circumstances change over time.

We operate in a vibrant and growing market with business opportunities continuing to open up as the UK population gets older. The government and private individuals are now putting more emphasis on care at home, as opposed to residential care settings for many client groups. Therefore, the home care sector offers a promising economic future within a rapidly growing and recession-proof market.

SureCare works with keen and committed entrepreneurs to support them in establishing successful businesses within the home care sector.

Our nationwide franchise network is thriving with more than 70 franchise partners in operation across the UK today.

Training and Support

As a SureCare franchisee, we need to ensure that you and your team are well equipped with the knowledge and confidence to deliver excellent customer service from day one. That’s why all SureCare franchisees must complete our week-long intensive induction and training course before being able to begin trading. You’ll be invited to our Head Office in Chester, as well as having the option to complete some of your training remotely via video calls.

In addition to our training program, we also offer ongoing mentoring and fantastic levels of onboarding and business development support. We can assist you in key areas such as finances, operations, recruitment, marketing, business development, accreditations and keeping on top of regulations.

You will be able to take advantage of the SureCare central marketing support, which includes marketing literature, merchandising materials, website, PR, business stationery and many other items.

We offer support and guidance on how to communicate the benefits of SureCare’s services to the most relevant audiences, so that you can reach new clients and grow your business. You will be required to meet people and build relationships with referral sources across the care sector, including your local authority and social services teams.

Launch your SureCare Franchise for as little as £29,950

Like any new Business venture, you’ll require an initial investment to launch a sustainable SureCare franchise. The exact amount will vary to some degree, depending on the size and location of your chosen franchise territory and the premises you choose to operate from.

For a new franchise, our franchise fee is £29,950. However, the total investment amount required typically ranges between £85,000 - £110,000. This amount includes the franchise fee and the working capital you’ll need to keep your business running in the early months.

The good news is that you’re only expected to contribute 30% of the total investment amount from your own cash resources. We can assist you with funding the rest of the investment.

Ideal Partner

A SureCare franchise is a management franchise so no previous care experience is required. Many of our franchise operators have come from backgrounds working in different sectors, such as leisure and tourism, teaching, nursing, and IT.

We look for good people skills and management experience. We will help you to employ a registered care manager who is responsible for the day to day care operations whilst you will be responsible for growing and managing the business.
