In just three years, SoBe Burger has become the fastest growing burger brand in the UK.
It all started when our founders,Tom and Alex, took a trip to the states. They were looking for the best food Florida had to offer and they quickly found it in Miami’s downtown burger joints. They fell in love with a laidback burger that championed the beef, bun and sauce. And so, SoBe Burger (an acronym of ‘South Beach’) was born.
Tom and Alex have now partnered with Sessions, a growth platform for original brands, and have expanded across the UK; SoBe Burger is now available in over 200 delivery locations and 15 dine-in locations.

One branded storefront, multiple delivery brands
SoBe Burger is operated by Sessions, a growth platform for original brands. SoBe Burger franchisees therefore get access to Sessions’ full portfolio of successful delivery brands, which have been designed to have similar ingredients and the same ease of operation. this means you can serve SoBe burger front of house and run additional brands on delivery only for additional revenue.
Sessions has a two-year exclusive partnership with Netflix to bring their top shows to life through branded food menus on delivery. This will include shows with dedicated fan bases, like Squid Game, Bridgerton and Stranger Things.
Ideal franchisee
We aim to have 50 franchise sites by the end of 2025 and need to partner with quality operators to achieve that.
