Instead of slowing down, we leaned into creativity—shifting to takeout, delivery, and digital engagement while keeping our focus on health, community, and connection. This experience not only proved the strength of our business model but also built a foundation of perseverance and innovation that continues to guide us as we grow in an ever-changing industry.

The challenges, including navigating unexpected events like COVID, have strengthened us and shaped the way we operate. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and that passion reflects in our brand and team. The growth we’ve achieved feels organic and meaningful, not rushed. I would continue to prioritize quality, innovation, and the health-focused lifestyle we promote. Building strong relationships with franchisees and partners has been invaluable. I would maintain our thoughtful, conservative approach to expansion. Ultimately, I would do it all the same because the journey itself has been as rewarding as the successes we’ve celebrated.
