Pip Evans is an extraordinarily talented performer who prioritises a personal and community-based experience at Theatretrain Basingstoke. She has always had an interest and involvement in the performing arts, attending a dance school from a young age and eventually pursuing her love for theatre. Pip’s illustrious training and performing experience give her valuable insight into what her young performers are thinking and feeling. She has found a wonderful balance between her family life at home and her Theatretrain family, and this is her story so far.

Garry Lockwood set up his franchise in 2015, and a year later won the No Letting Go Newcomer of The Year Award. Following a long career in PR and then redundancy in his early 50’s, Garry wanted a change of lifestyle. Garry comments “Travelling abroad and spending a lot of time in hotels can sound glamourous, but it is also exhausting and I was ready for a change”.

Simon and Julie Baggott bought their No Letting Go franchise in 2020. They are responsible for the Kettering area. It was their love for, and experience of property, that led them to No Letting Go. “My advice is choose something you’re interested in because then you will enjoy it. No Letting Go was a great fit for us as we can work on our own and set our own agenda. “

A successful career in retail enabled Nigel Porter to live and work in Sweden and travel all over the world in his role within Finance Business Partnering for IKEA. Nigel was considering his next career path and had been browsing the franchising world for 5 or 6 years, with the ambition to work for himself. (and prove that he can build a business and leave the corporate world behind.) Nigel says “I explored a number of franchises within a range of sectors before selecting No Letting Go."

Opinder and Shallu Kaushal are the perfect example of turning a passion into a business. The pair opened their first Anytime Fitness club in April 2022 in the Berkshire town of Maidenhead, making a fantastic impression on the local community. While working as part of the family jewellery business, Opinder was a member at an Anytime Fitness club which began to fuel his interest in owning one himself.
