McDonald's franchisee marks ten years with expansion to ten restaurants
McDonald’s franchisee Harry Rashid is celebrating a major business milestone after adding two more restaurants to his portfolio – bringing the total to ten restaurants in his tenth year as a franchisee.
Harry, who operates his restaurants through Synergy Four, has taken over the McDonald’s restaurants at Holloway Road and Highbury Corner in London.
The expansion brings Synergy Four’s portfolio to ten McDonald’s restaurants and comes exactly ten years after Harry first became a McDonald’s franchisee.
For Harry, the milestone is about more than business growth. With the addition of the two restaurants, he is looking forward to welcoming new colleagues into Synergy Four, creating employment and development opportunities for local people and building strong relationships within the Holloway and Highbury communities.
Harry Rashid said: “Ten years and ten restaurants is a milestone I’m incredibly proud to reach.
“Picking up the keys to Holloway Road and Highbury Corner is particularly special because it comes in my tenth year as a McDonald’s franchisee.
“Behind every restaurant is a fantastic team of people, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know our new crew and managers. We want to create opportunities for local people, support our teams to develop and progress, and become a positive part of both communities.
“I’m hugely grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey over the past ten years. Reaching ten restaurants wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and commitment of the people across Synergy Four, and I’m excited about what comes next.”
As a McDonald’s franchisee, Harry is responsible for the day-to-day operation of his restaurants and the teams working within them.
The addition of Holloway Road and Highbury Corner represents the latest chapter in Synergy Four’s growth, with a continued focus on developing people, providing local employment and delivering a great experience for customers.
