Bright & Beautiful welcomes new Managing Director to lead the next chapter of growth
Bright & Beautiful has announced the appointment of Paula Spriggs as new Managing Director, marking an exciting new chapter for the UK's premium housekeeping franchise as it continues to grow its network and enhance the experience it delivers to customers and franchisees nationwide.
Paula joined the business in June, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience across a variety of franchise sectors. Most recently, she worked within the home care franchise industry, giving her valuable insight into many of the opportunities and challenges faced by service-based franchise businesses, including recruitment, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Her extensive franchising expertise, combined with a passion for supporting business owners, places her in a strong position to build on Bright & Beautiful's continued success and support the growth of the nationwide franchise network.
