SoBe Burger Enjoys Biggest Summer Yet as UK Expansion Accelerates

SoBe Burger is enjoying its biggest summer of expansion yet, with a series of successful openings already completed and five more restaurants set to launch across England over the coming weeks.

The fast-growing, Miami-inspired burger brand has already celebrated the opening of its new permanent restaurant in Kentish Town alongside the relaunch of its Norwich restaurant, with both sites attracting queues of customers despite temperatures reaching 35°C.

Kentish Town has long been one of SoBe Burger's strongest-performing delivery postcodes, making the move to a permanent restaurant a natural next step. Having previously operated a successful residency in the area, the new location has been launched by one of the brand's franchise partners, who is already planning a second SoBe Burger restaurant.

Meanwhile, Norwich welcomed customers back following a full refurbishment, with locals queuing outside from day one. The Norwich Evening News described the reopening by reporting that "burger lovers were queuing down the street for the reopening."

The momentum continues throughout the summer, with five further locations scheduled to open:

• Leamington Spa
• Swindon
• Corby 
• Worcester
