YO! Sushi and Panku Build on Record Trading with New Summer World Cup Menu

YO! Sushi and Panku have launched brand new summer menus for the World Cup, “It’s Game Time” and “Summer Kickabout”, running from now until mid-July. The seasonal offerings are inspired by crowd-favourite flavours from Mexico, the USA and Canada, bringing a bold, street-food twist to their grab-and-go sushi concepts.
Limited-edition dishes include chimichurri chicken rolls, jalapeno dragon rolls and fiery buffalo bites, designed to deliver punchy, vibrant flavours suited to summer dining and gatherings with friends.
The timing comes as YO! and Panku kiosks report strong trading performances, with record-breaking sales across their estate. Recent figures showed 37 sites achieved their best ever sales numbers last week, while eight new kiosks have opened across the UK and Ireland since the beginning of April, highlighting sustained expansion and growing consumer demand.
The new summer menus are expected to further strengthen momentum through the peak trading period, as customers opt for lighter, globally inspired meals. Both brands are aiming to capitalise on rising demand for convenient, customisable meals that deliver global flavours in a fast-service format.
The company is currently seeking new franchise partners in areas across the UK including Sheffield, Shropshire and Hampshire and welcomes applications from prospective franchisees.
