Jamaica Blue Brewing Up Excitement Ahead of Peterborough Launch

Jamaica Blue has confirmed it will officially open its new Peterborough café on Friday 29th May, bringing its premium coffee and vibrant all-day dining experience to the city.

The new café, located at Queensgate Shopping Centre Peterborough, will create 20 new jobs for the local area, with recruitment currently underway via Indeed.

Founded over 30 years ago in Australia, Jamaica Blue takes its name from the world-renowned Jamaica Blue Mountains, home to some of the finest coffee beans in the world. These premium beans sit at the heart of the brand’s speciality coffee offering, complemented by a fresh, made-to-order menu featuring indulgent brunch dishes, gourmet sandwiches, lunch plates and handcrafted cakes and sweet treats.

The Peterborough opening marks another step in Jamaica Blue’s continued UK expansion, reflecting the brand’s commitment to investing in key retail and town centre locations.

Michael Johnson, Franchise Development Executive at Foodco UK, said:

“We’re delighted to confirm that Jamaica Blue will open in Peterborough next month. We look forward to welcoming customers through the doors to experience our speciality coffee, fresh brunch, lunch and sweet dishes and relaxed café atmosphere, while also creating valuable new employment opportunities in the area.”
