Sisters are doing it for themselves!
When it comes to finding a good business partner, no one can know your strengths better than a sibling! And, as Jess Vant and Chloe Vant-Abbott, co-owners of InXpress London, are learning there were never such devoted partners as these sisters!

Like sisters, Jess Vant and Chloe Vant-Abbott, who are committed to building their InXpress London franchise together, maybe it’s time to look a little closer to home?!
No stranger to InXpress, award-winning InXpress Sales Director, Chloe, had learned the ropes within her parents’ franchise, InXpress Cambridge. But it wasn’t long before she started to make a name for herself, independent of her highly-respected dad, Stuart Vant, and was building up confidence to launch out for herself.
As Chloe says, “Working with each other is a compliment of both my sales skills and Jess’s operations and strategy skills. We’re opposites in so many ways, but conventionally we work incredibly well; Jess is the ying to my yang.”
With their differing skills, Jess and Chloe have learned how to maximise where they focus in the business, knowing they can fully trust their business partner in theirs. “Jess is often found with her head in a spreadsheet,” Chloe laughs, “whereas you'll find me out on the road, networking and telling everyone about our wonderful customer service team and how they will make your shipping life easier!”
And across the InXpress network, we’ve found the best franchisees are those who know how to find the right people to meet their weaknesses so they can focus on their strengths. As Chloe says, “Jess is subtle; whereas I’m loud! Together we are unstoppable!”
We wonder how long it will take our rising-star sibling franchisees to knock their parents off one of the Top Guns spot within the InXpress UK network!
