Chaiiwala, the UK’s leading Indian street food and café brand, is delighted to announce that its new café in The Fort Shopping Park, located at 20 Fort Parkway, has today opened its doors for the first time.

Founded in Leicester in 2015, Chaiiwala is known for its authentic and carefully brewed Karak chaii and unique, high-quality street food bursting with traditional flavours. The brand offers a delicious and unique alternative at various mealtimes – from breakfast roti wraps in the morning to Bombay Bowls and Toasties throughout the day as well as indulgent sweet treats. All meals are made with premium and traditional ingredients and based on closely guarded recipes inspired by Indian home cooking.

The store at The Fort, which is ran by local franchisee Balkar and Mandeep Garcha, will provide a calming and welcoming space for the Park’s busy shoppers. Designed as a space for friends and family to connect and catch up, Chaiiwala will serve a wide range of Indian street food inspired meals and snacks for on the go, from butter chicken rice bowls and Bombay twister naan Wala wraps to unique savoury pastries.

Local shoppers can also enjoy world-class Karak chaii from Chaiiwala Birmingham Fort, which is a daily ritual for consumers across Southeast Asia. Throughout the day, the store freshly brews its tea with a secret blend of seven spices, which is served traditionally hot or cold as a frappe or over ice, alongside other tea and coffee-based beverages.

The opening builds on Chaiiwala’s successful new store in Cape Hill, which began serving customers in October and has been received with highly positive local feedback. To date, it has received more than 175 Google Reviews with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.
