The Travel Franchise, the UK's fastest-growing travel franchise has announced it is investing another £1 million in recruitment, as the company expands across all areas - in order to keep up with its burgeoning team of franchisees. The company is also restructuring its team to sharpen its focus on customer experience.

The investment is in addition to the £2.4 million the company has already invested in expanding its team since the beginning of 2022.

The news follows the recent announcement that the company is recruiting at least one new travel consultant most working days.

As a result, new roles are being announced in operations, marketing, trade, cruise, training and business development. Operations staff will become Experience Managers as everything integral to the holiday sale and booking process will be far more focused on customer experience.

Paul Harrison, co-founder of The Travel Franchise and its consumer-facing holiday firm Not Just Travel, says: “We’ve doubled in size in the last twelve months in both holiday sales and headcount. We plan to double our sales again, but for our next phase we don’t need to double our headcount again, we just need to expand our formidable team of A-players. We’re restructuring the business with new departments being created - some recruiting people from within and some new. Customer experience is the key focus for us now as we centre on managing magical experiences for our valued clients.”

“2023 has proven to be one of best years yet for travel franchisee recruitment”, continues Harrison, “and we need to keep up our pace of staff recruitment to ensure we continue to offer the best training, mentorship and support in the industry. We are expanding in all directions, across all areas”.

The UK’s fastest growing travel franchise has experienced significantly strong sales since December 2022, with double the number of members recruited compared to the same period last year (January-May). The company has recruited more new travel consultants in the first five months of 2023 than it did in the whole of 2022.

Paul Harrison added, “With our continued investment in talent and developing our expert team, we will ensure we take the best people in the industry with us on our exciting journey.”
