JERSEY MIKE'S UK APPOINTS SATNAM LEIHAL AS CEO AHEAD OF MAJOR UK & IRELAND EXPANSION
JM Submarines UK Ltd, the master franchisee for Jersey Mike’s in the United Kingdom and Ireland, has appointed experienced hospitality, retail and franchise leader Satnam Leihal as Chief Executive Officer, as the business prepares for the next phase of the brand’s expansion.
Satnam will lead the UK and Ireland business, overseeing the development of Jersey Mike’s local operations, franchise platform and restaurant estate as the brand establishes itself in the market.
The appointment comes as Jersey Mike’s prepares to open its first UK restaurant in London this November, marking the beginning of an ambitious rollout for the US sub brand.
Santnam will work closely with Jersey Mike’s founder Peter Cancro and the wider leadership team to bring the brand’s 70 year heritage to the UK and Ireland, while building an operation that reflects the expectations of local guests and communities.
