Manual Magic AI and Claromentis partner to close the gap between writing and enforcing SOPs

Manual Magic AI®, the private LLM that drafts Operations Manuals and standard operating procedures from a franchisor’s intellectual property, today announced a co-sell partnership with Claromentis, a bfa-accredited supplier of franchise management software. Manual Magic AI® is now available as an integrated application within Claromentis Franchise Hub product, accessible via the application menu using OAuth2 single sign-on.

The partnership addresses a failure most franchisors recognise, but few have named: the manual gets written, and then nothing happens. One in six frontline workers cannot find the official version of a procedure when they need it[1] . When operational knowledge is inaccessible or out of date, non-compliance rises - and with it the risk to brand integrity and unit profitability across an entire network.

Together, the two platforms provide franchisors with a single, end-to-end journey: Capture, Create, Govern, Share, Learn, Apply, Measure, Improve. Manual Magic AI® builds the operational knowledge hub, ingests up to 200 authorised files at a time, drafts SOPs structured around six operational categories, and routes each SOP through a four-stage Draft, Review, Approve, Publish workflow that records who approved what and when. Claromentis Franchise Hub then embeds that approved knowledge into daily operations via its suite of applications — including intranet, learning management, process management and e-forms, performance dashboards, AI-powered search, communication tools, and policy and project management capabilities.

Claromentis and Manual Magic AI® subscriptions are purchased separately, each subject to that provider’s own terms. Neither company has taken an equity stake in the other.
