YouMeSushi Accelerates UK Growth with Three New Store Openings, and 14 More Planned for 2026
YouMeSushi has continued its nationwide expansion with the opening of three new stores in December 2025 at Victoria, Watford and Chatham. Building on this momentum, the popular sushi brand is planning to launch a further 14 sites in 2026, with four openings scheduled for Q1.
Renowned for its freshly handmade sushi and flavourful hot Asian dishes, YouMeSushi’s recent launches and sustained customer demand have driven the brand to invite applications from new franchisees across the UK.
Founded 18 years ago and franchising since 2021, YouMeSushi was the original high-street sushi concept in the UK and now operates 29 locations nationwide.
