X-Press Legal Services, the largest independent property search franchise, is celebrating a number of new franchisees, renewals and expansions across the past year.

Not only has the franchise, which has 27 offices across England and Wales, just completed their best year on record, but they have also grown their network- welcoming two new franchisees.

Four of their existing franchisees have renewed their franchise contracts, having all just had their best years on record.

Linda Mannion, owner of X-Press Legal Services Wiltshire, Swindon and South Gloucestershire has just finished her 15th year since joining the network as one of its earliest franchisees. She has just renewed her franchise for another 10 years, with her son, Tom Mannion running his own franchise territory alongside her.

Russell Brown, owner of X-Press Legal Services Greater Manchester and Cheshire, another in the first cohort of franchisees to join X-Press, and this year’s franchisee of the year, has renewed his franchise for a further 10 years. Russell has grown his business significantly over the past 15 years, as well as helping National Office with the introduction of various innovations and expanding its network.

Keith Moseley, owner of X-Press Legal Services West Midlands and Staffordshire, and Steph Hector, owner of X-Press Legal Services South East Wales, are both celebrating a decade of running their X-Press businesses. After experiencing the flexibility and freedom that comes with being your own boss, they have both renewed their franchise territories for a further 10 years.

X-Press is also delighted that a number of its franchisees have expanded their franchise territories, encompassing more local councils and delivering their expert property searches and reports to the conveyancing sector in wider geographical areas.

Karen Underwood and Charlie Allen, owners of X-Press Thames Valley and X-Press Home Counties respectively, divided an open franchise territory between them serving more councils throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire.

And a further congratulations goes to Robert Moore of X-Press Legal Services North and West Yorkshire, Steph Hector, Ben Wheeler of X-Press Legal Services Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, Andy Hunt of X-Press Legal Services Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire, and Helen Foster and Clare Ide of X-Press Legal Services South and West Yorkshire; all of whom have expanded their franchise territories to cover additional local council areas.

Managing Director of X-Press Legal Services, Lynne Lister comments: “It is incredible to not only be welcoming new faces to our franchise network, but to see our existing franchisees displaying ongoing faith in our model through renewals, strengthening our network and their own businesses through territory expansion.

“At X-Press, many of our franchisees have been with us since we started- including Russell and Linda, and it is a delight to see them continually renewing their contracts to stay on with us, showing they enjoy our culture and community, but also are enjoying great success and growth with their own businesses.

“Our long-serving franchisees are testament to the support we provide from national office and the culture we have nurtured throughout the network- allowing franchisees to help one another learn and develop, as well as providing ongoing innovation so that they have a competitive edge in the sector.”
