Emma’s career journey began early, shaped by a strong work ethic instilled by her mother. At just 14, she set out into her hometown of Loughborough with a stack of CVs, determined to find her first job. From working in a welcoming family-run fish and chip shop to studying marketing in Manchester during the financial crash, Emma’s path has been anything but conventional. Along the way she explored retail, e-commerce and estate agency before making a bold decision to leave her job without another lined up. That leap led her into franchising—a sector she quickly realised felt like home and where she continues to thrive today.
