Serving up a fresh take on Mexican favourites, the restaurant is due to open in February and will create around 15 full and part-time jobs.

British adventurer, author, and former soldier Jordan Wylie has achieved an extraordinary feat in one of the harshest environments on Earth. After successfully summiting three untouched peaks in Antarctica, Jordan continued his journey by skiing from Union Glacier Base Camp to the South Pole – a grueling 10-day trek completed on 17th December, battling extreme elements and temperatures plunging below −30°C.
