Who are we?

CREATE is an established partnership of national business support organisations, led by Exemplas, who have joined together to support self employment and business growth particularly through Franchising, Direct Selling and other structured business formats.

Who will benefit?

CREATE is supported and funded by the European Union through its Equal programme to assist individuals from ethnic minorities, women, young people, over 50’s and people with disabilities to move into self employment.

What are we doing?

There is considerable evidence to confirm that groups such as women, ethnic minorities and the disabled are under-represented in self-employment. Through our work CREATE understands the barriers that have to be overcome to engage effectively with these groups.

Whether you already know a little about structured business formats or have never heard of structured business formats, CREATE offers you the opportunity to learn more. Our unique interactive workshops, national and regional events and online resources enable you to assess whether structured business formats could be a suitable alternative to other forms of self-employment.
