Business Launch Working Capital & Target Earning Ranges
- Franchise fee: £10,000 + VAT, equal to £12,000 inclusive of VAT (includes your first 60 qualified client enquiries).
- Business launch and working capital: We recommend allowing approximately £10,000 to support your business launch and early-stage growth.
- Target revenue by year 2: Franchisees can work towards target revenue of £56,620 by the end of year two.
- Potential earnings in years 3 to 5: As the business becomes more established, annual revenue may grow towards the £70,000 to £90,000 range. Actual results will vary and depend on a range of factors, including the franchisee's time commitment, business development efforts, local market conditions and individual circumstances.
Role of a One Less Thing Business Partner
As a Business Partner, you’ll recruit and vet self-employed cleaners, generate local client enquiries, and match clients with suitable cleaners using our proven systems and processes.
You won’t employ cleaners, carry stock, lease premises, or do any cleaning yourself. Instead, you’ll build a home-based recurring-revenue business designed to grow steadily over time.
