Jefferson’s Journey with Concept Claim Solutions
Every journey into franchising starts somewhere. For Jefferson, it began with becoming a dad.
“When my son was born, everything changed,” Jefferson says. “I stopped thinking about the next job and started thinking about the future I wanted to build for my family.”
Jefferson was no stranger to hard work. Determined to move forward and secure long-term stability, he completed additional qualifications and business management courses. This gave him the skills, confidence, and direction needed to take the next step.
Leadership quickly became central to how Jefferson approached both work and life. Each day begins with the same reminder. “I tell myself every morning, ‘remember you are a leader’. It keeps me focused on doing things properly and being accountable not just to the business, but to the people I work with,” Jefferson explains.
Finding the Right Opportunity
Jefferson joined Concept Claim Solutions in December 2023, drawn to the opportunity to work in financial services and property repairs while being supported by an experienced head office team.
Franchisees operate as FCA-regulated Loss Assessors, authorised to manage, negotiate, and settle insurance claims directly with insurers on behalf of policyholders. They also project manage the repair works, striving to ensure the customer's home or commercial property is restored to a high standard with minimal stress and disruption.
Making a Difference When It Matters
That customer-focused approach is reflected in the feedback Jefferson receives. Hera, one of his clients, describes her experience:

He also values the variety the business brings.
“No two days are the same. Every claim is different, every property is different, and there’s always something new to learn.”
Building Something Bigger
Since joining the company, Jefferson has steadily grown the business and has become an expert in managing large subsidence claims. He has also developed an apprentice to work alongside him.
Asked if he would make the same decision again, Jefferson said, “100% I would do it again. If you’re willing to put the effort in and commit to doing what’s right for your customer, this business can become something really rewarding and special.”
