Lucky B’s Hot Chicken is set to open its’ first franchise outside of Scotland in the seaside town of Blackpool. The Blackpool franchise will be the first store for Ross Fairbairn, Lucky B’s master franchisee for Lancashire. Ross is a seasoned veteran of franchising, as he is also a multi-unit Subway Franchisee operating 22 stores across Lancashire, Merseyside & Cumbria.
