Victoria Eustace of Owen White Solicitors

Victoria is an Associate Solicitor working within the Property Disputes and Employment Teams.

She is an experienced litigator and County Court advocate who has successfully represented clients in a wide range of commercial and property matters including contractual disputes, boundary disputes, trespass claims, insurance claims, disrepair claims, possession actions, injunctions and regulatory matters. In addition, Victoria advises on general housing management issues and regularly provides training on housing management law.

Victoria also acts for employers and employees across a wide range of employment disputes. She has acted for senior executives in disputes over termination payments and bonuses and employees seeking advice on redundancy as well as for employers, helping them to manage terminations and disciplinary matters.
