Antal Australian master franchise opportunity
We are looking for experienced investors to build the Antal brand in Australia. As the master franchisee for Australia, you will be responsible for opening your own Antal recruitment business and the development of the brand through the recruitment of franchisees.
You will launch and operate your business using our globally recognised brand and award-winning methodology, all backed by a leading team of recruitment and franchising specialists.

Role of an Antal franchisee
Antal franchise owners choose an industry or professional area to specialise in, so they can maximise use of their previous experience and business acumen. This not only helps them to feel confident in our business, but also gives them credibility with their clients and candidates.
The primary objectives in the role as recruitment consultant will be to build relationships with clients at a very senior level, understanding more about their business and advising them on how to meet their business goals by hiring the right people.
Antal franchisees make money by placing talented candidates into client’s companies and charging a professional fee which can be anywhere between 20% and 33% (this can differ by country) of the candidate’s first year salary and remuneration package. Clients are willing to pay fees because highly skilled talent at the mid to senior level is difficult to find as they are to operate in a ‘candidate driven’ market.
