Andrew Fraser is the owner of newly launched legal firm Albany Fraser Solicitors, a boutique commercial law firm with franchising at its heart. He is accredited by the British Franchise Association as a 'Qualified Franchise Professional' and is one of only a small number of lawyers in the UK to have been awarded this status.

Prior to forming Albany Fraser, Andrew was a member of the franchising team at one of Scotland's leading law firms and, before that, he was a Franchise Consultant helping businesses to grow through franchising; existing franchisors to improve and expand their networks; and working with large retailers to franchise internationally. As such, he has over a decade of experience in advising clients both in a legal capacity and in a more general franchise consultancy role.

Andrew acts on behalf of franchisors and franchisees throughout the UK on all manner of franchising issues including helping businesses to franchise, buying and selling franchised businesses, controlling franchise networks and managing franchise disputes. He has worked with a wide range of clients from sole traders to global companies, such as Ralph Lauren, Esprit and American Eagle Outfitters.
