Pareto Laws Expands to Scotland

na

Graduate recruitment and training specialist Pareto Law has launched its first office in Scotland, with Gerry Dowds (52) to head up the Glasgow based operation.

The opening is the fifth new Pareto regional office to open in 18 months and underlines the continued expansion of the company, which selects the top graduates for sales roles with companies such as Dell and Barclays.

Gerry joins Pareto following 20 years at The Forum of Private Business in England and Scotland where he held various positions including that of Sales Director. The team is backed up by two new Pareto graduates Jill McCardel from East Kilbride and Andrew MacKenzie from Glasgow.

Joint Managing Director, Jonathan Fitchew, commented: "The launch of our Scotland franchise underlines the strength of the Pareto Law proposition. Scotland has a very strong business community combined with excellent universities. With Pareto's expertise the new office will be able to benefit both sectors with professional selection, assessment and training solutions."

Scotland franchisee, Gerry Dowds, added: "The Pareto Law approach is designed to provide businesses with a highly effective sales recruitment solution through the selection of the top graduates. In Scotland we have some of the finest universities and I am confident we can offer a fresh new approach to graduate recruitment across Scotland. We are already seeing interest from businesses in both the Glasgow and Edinburgh areas who are keen to strengthen their sales teams with new talent."

Pareto Law assesses, places and trains graduates for careers in sales and marketing and was recently voted winner of the Sunday Times Best Small Company To Work For 2005.
