London is unique as a capital city attracting visitors internationally, and from across the UK, in a way that other capital cities do not do and as such it is a terrific place in which to expand an established business.

Many of the companies that come to us looking for advice and guidance concerning franchising do so quite simply because their existence trading within the London market exposes them to customers who may come from anywhere in the world and who will one day return there, and if the business proposition is sufficiently attractive then those customers ask ‘Could I have a franchise of your business?’

Aside from the attractions of being within a very prominent shop window, London based businesses also have a market place, constantly changing, frequently with younger and well financed consumers and a population in total of around 7 million people. What a marketplace! Larger than some countries!

And yet – challenging! Why? Because to expand in this market requires staff and premises and often logistics. Staff are hard to attract – the right sort that is. Premises are often expensive and premiums may be required for leases and rents may be high. Trying to organise a mobile based business from a central location can be very challenging quite simply because of the difficulty of getting from a to b. So how can you, a successful business person perhaps restricted by available time or capital or a good team around you, grow your business?

The answer is franchising!

There are a very large number of enquiries, in total, for franchises across the UK from the south of England and in particular the London community and its extended environs. You can be sure that if you put an attractive franchise proposition to those interested parties then there will be a taker.

So, if you want to grow your business – then invest a lower amount initially to gain a much larger business overall in terms of ongoing revenues, purchasing power, increased profitability for you and ultimately a capital exit.
